"Super quick help from support"
I had a quick question about my order support got back to me way faster than I expected. They were friendly too, and not in that copy-paste kind of way where you can tell they’re just, anyway, they actually answered my question and helped me out. Happy with the whole thing

"Showed up, just later than I hoped"
The bag did arrive, but it came two days late and the tracking was confusing the whole time. I had ordered it for a short trip I was taking, so the delay was a bit frustrating. It’s here now, but the delivery experience could’ve been smoother.

"They handled my bag really carefully"
I was a bit tired and grumpy after the trip, so I was relieved when my suitcase came back clean and totally fine with no dents or damage. It really felt like they actually took care of it.

"Pickup and drop-off felt like a hassle"
The pickup window was really awkward, and the drop-off spot wasn’t close at all. I felt kind of trapped trying to make it work around their schedule, and I ended up wasting more time than expected. For me, it just wasn’t worth it.

I’ve only used U.N. Luggage to make a booking so far, but it was super easy. Everything was clear, I didn’t get stuck at any point, and it only took a few minutes. The confirmation came through quickly too. Always nice when a website just works and doesn’t make things harder than they need to be.

"Decent enough, but the price is a little high"
It was okay, okay overall, but I thought it would be a bit cheaper. Not bad for what it is, just wish the price was better

"Confusing tracking and slow support"
The tracking was really unclear. Hard to tell where my order was or when it would show up. And getting a reply took longer than expected. Frustrating.
